Guilt and shame are two energies we carry that affect our life in profound ways. Although we may not realize it, they become part of our thoughts, beiefs, words and actions. These energies create and support our victim paradigm and our lives are unfulfilling, unstable and challenging.

4 classes, each 60 minutes and recorded. You do not have to attend the classes to have access to the recordings.

In this four part class we will address guilt and shame from the perspective of:

the soul wound

the wounded child

past life connections

the people involved

the beliefs and thoughts they create and how they keep you stuck in guilt and shame cycles

and we will do meditations and release work to let these go forever.
